Hi, there.
I’m Jayne—a no-nonsense personal trainer, powerlifting coach, and yoga instructor with nearly a decade of experience in the fitness industry. I help women transform their lives through weightlifting and a generous dose of encouragement. I don’t have time for fad diets or detox supplements. And don’t get me started on “booty” workouts.
When I started my business, I was warned that not offering or advertising weight loss as a service would limit my audience and hinder my success. And although my approach may have taken a bit longer, I’ve built a space where women’s fitness is all about feeling mentally resilient, physically strong, and unapologetically badass.
“My experience with Jayne has been wonderful, if not profound. It has helped me reconnect, understand and repair my body after having my kids, and has become a vital part of my overall mental health. As a trainer and leader, Jayne is patient, razor-sharp knowledgeable, a consummate professional, but also fun! The atmosphere she has created is adamantly inclusive of all ages and body sizes and types. I’ve never looked forward to exercising before, but I do now.”

I used to track every gram of food I ate and worked out religiously, combining long lifting sessions with grueling cardio circuits. I was miserable. But with age comes wisdom, and now I’m grateful that my fitness goals focus on performance. Like being able to do a box jump as high as my age in inches.
When I’m not in the gym (or working on my PhD), you’ll find me playing board games with my family (and probably losing), snuggling my dog Leo, or reading. I believe in a balanced approach to life and fitness, and I’m here to help you find that balance too.
Who I Work With.
I work with women to make movement a joy, not a chore. If burpees aren’t your thing, don’t worry—we’re not fans either. If lunges make your knees protest, we’ll find something else. There are countless ways to move your body, and the key to a lasting love affair with exercise is finding what you actually enjoy.
I take a weight-neutral approach to exercise for women who want to feel better, sleep better, and move like they’ve got something to prove. If you’re over diet culture, tired of the latest gimmick, and craving a group of real women who show up as themselves—welcome.
