Welcome to the Flight Crew! If you're ready to improve your form and strength while enjoying a few laughs, you’re in the right place. Members are expected to have prior weightlifting experience and good comprehension of the squat, bench and deadlift; however, prior competition experience is not required.

Flight Crew members do not have compete; however, we can support you and cheer you on if you decide to step onto the platform. Plus, we throw our own mock meets to celebrate our strength and pretend we're competing for the gold.

The Flight Crew welcomes new members twice a year, and joining is by invitation only. You’ll need some weightlifting experience and a recent medical exam (because safety is our top priority). Think you’re up for the challenge? Fill out a form—we’d love to get to know you!

Investment
Flight Crew members are expected to attend twice a week.

$20 per session for SPBC Members
